Baltimore City TV is out in the community supporting the Baltimore based Motorcycle Club "ThoroughBredz" at the Green Turtle located in Owings Mills. Todays get together is the Pre-party to the Wild Party happening tomorrow. With over 500 people expected to come from as far California and more tickets being sold, this event will become a Historical moment for this group and for the City of Baltimore.
