Building Baltimore City TV from the ground up has been a very time consuming task. During this process, I have met people from every end of the entertainment industry. Some of the people who have come to the BCTV office have a lot of experience in the industry. Some have been on TV and in Movies; Others have been in plays, DVD's, and magazines. Many of those who have come to the BCTV office have no experience and were looking for there big break in the entertainment industry.
